Q. How do I clear my cache files.
A. Its very simple just follow the instructions below.

1. Open up your Internet Explorer browser.
2. In the top left corner of Internet Explorer choose the drop down menu labelled "tools"
3. In the tools drop down menu select "Internet options" and a dialogue box like the one below will open
4. click on the delete cookies button and then click OK.
5. click on the delete files button then click OK. "This might take a few minutes if you have a lot of files so be patient"
6. When that’s done close the window then make sure all browser windows are closed. Then return to the members area using the Members Entrance button

Q. OK I cleared my cache files but I still can not enter.
A. That means your username/password is not working and here are a few reason why.
1. Your membership might be expired.
2. You might be using the wrong username/password.
3. Your username might have been disabled due to abuse.
4. You may need a new Username/Password please email les@leslegs.com

Q I requested a new username but I never received one via e-mail.
A. Here a few reason why you didn’t receive an e-mail from us.
1. Our e-mail might be going directly into your spam box.
2. You may have changed your email address, please confirm the address you joined with.
3. Maybe when you joined you entered the wrong e-mail address.
4. Please email les@leslegs.com with as much info as you can and we will sort it out.

Q When I try to login a message appears saying my account has been closed due to password sharing.

Let me explain how our security system works we track how many unique IP address are logged under each username in a given period so if you go over our threshold you automatically get banned. this system is set up to prevent password traders.

Some Reasons why your account was closed due to password sharing.

1. You shared your username/password with others.
2. You logged in many times in a short period. "Please read above"
3. Your username/password combination may have been guessed by others.
4. Some IP’s like AOL Road Runner use proxy servers so basically your IP keep changing in the back ground when you are surfing the Internet, this might send you to our threshold limit a lot faster causing your account to get banned in you in this case you need to email les@leslegs.com and give the details we will raise the threshold on your account.

Q. Why cant I get pass the Access key login page.
A. you may be entering your details incorrectly try copying and pasting the details from the original email.
